Do not leave in the washer. Use a gentle cycle (Do not use agitator). Avoid continuous exposure to sun. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Capacity of the washing machine 16lb or higher. Avoid using cleaning robots or vacuums with beater bars to prevent damaging the pile. Do not use a washing machine with a center centrifuge/agitator, as it may damage the rug.
